Privacy notice.

The short version

We collect the bare minimum: what you send us via the contact form or by email. We don't sell anything to anyone, we don't run third-party trackers, and we use one analytics tool that doesn't set cookies. If you'd like us to delete your data, write to privacy@nearcore.it and we'll do it within 30 days.

2 · Data we process

• Contact form & email: name, work email, company, the content of your message. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding).
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Retained 7 days for security. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Analytics: Plausible — cookieless, no personal data, EU-hosted. Aggregated page views only.
• Job applications: CV, cover letter, application correspondence. Retained 6 months after the role closes unless you ask us to keep it longer. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

3 · Recipients

We don't share your data with third parties except: our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), our email provider (Fastmail, EU instance), and where legally required. All processors have a DPA with us (Art. 28 GDPR).

4 · International transfers

nearcore IT is based in Serbia. Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) is aligned with the GDPR, and we apply GDPR standards to all personal data we process.

5 · Your rights

• Access (Art. 15) — what we have on you.
• Rectification (Art. 16) — fix it.
• Erasure (Art. 17) — delete it.
• Restriction (Art. 18) — pause processing.
• Data portability (Art. 20) — get a copy.
• Objection (Art. 21) — to processing under 6(1)(f).
• Complaint to a supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the data protection authority in your EU country.

6 · Cookies

This site doesn't set any cookies. If we ever need to, we'll ask first with a real consent banner — not a pre-checked dark-pattern.

7 · Changes

If this notice changes materially, we'll publish a new version with a new "last updated" date. Substantive changes affecting your rights will be communicated by email if we have one for you.
